So I’ve come to the realization that the state of the bird, even done monthly, isn’t covering enough for most people as it is a relative update and not a cumulative update. I’m not sure if this should be a change to the state of the bird or a separate document/whatever.

Right now I’m thinking _maybe_ something like a list of features like protocols, replies, emoji, etc with a not started, in progress, usable, and complete status which could be put in a new section of the state of the bird.

Any thoughts?

I think an overall status post that gets continually updated would be good. The state of the bird posts could then link to that.
